WOSB4Enginuity Plus is a certified Small Women Owned Professional Consulting business.  Bettie Kennedy founded Enginuity Plus, LLC, (EPI) and serves as President and CEO.   EPI is a diverse consulting firm specializing in investigations related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance-related charges of discrimination and harassment.

We support federal government agencies and corporations with certified EEO-trained investigators. EPI staff are certified EEO Investigator’s supporting all Federal Agencies.

We have spent over three decades steeped in EEO laws and regulations based on race, sex, gender, age, disability, national origin, and religion.  EPI knows the questions to ask in order to produce a quality report.

We recognize that maneuvering through a charge of unfairness can cause undue stress on both parties. You can be assured that Enginuity Plus has the skill sets and acumen to ensure a fair and complete investigation.  Further, our verbal communication skills are honed to ask the right questions and probe in the appropriate areas.
